On April 1, 2012, Sifu Romero and Coaches Korner were pleased to host an advanced seminar under the auspices of UNM's Institute for Traditional Martial Arts (ITMA). Internationally recognized and respected master of Hung Gar Kuen, Sifu Frank Rivera, took the floor to present principles and demonstrate applications on the topic of punching and kicking.
UNM students had the opportunity to review and sharpen their skills by examining basic and familiar material from the perspectives of a different tradition. We hope that Sifu Rivera's generous presentation will be a valued experience for these martial artists of tomorrow.
Sifus Kurt Saenz and Phil Romero present a seminar on the healing aspects of Wing Chun, a little known skill set of techniques that increase one's proficiency by enabling a fighter to develop a better understanding of body structure, internal energy, and herbal medications. It is excellent as a means of understanding a wide range of vital skills and techniques to care for yourself, your training partner, and your family. Come join us for some fun and exercise.

ROMERO’S WING CHUN GUNG FU In Albuquerque, Sifu Phil Romero, 1979-Present under Master Hawkins Cheung in Los Angeles, CA.
Hello, and welcome, to all that visit Romero's Wing Chun!
It's been may years in the making, studying the art as well as training many Wing Chun practitioners and visitors, here in the vast state of New Mexico (not a country as some assume!).
Our door is open to all schools, inside and outside of Wing Chun. My thanks to my Sifu Hawkins Chueng, for his blessing to teach the Art, as well to my all of my kung fu brothers back in Los Angeles (my home town), and all over the country, and in Asia.
There is more to come. So come back again and also send an email and say hello!
Sifu Phillip R Romero
